  1. What The Bible Says About Worry
  2. You will keep in perfect peace him whose mind is steadfast, because he trusts
  3. in you. Trust in the LORD forever, for the LORD, the LORD, is the Rock eternal.
  4.  Isaiah 26:3, 4
  5. Cast all your anxiety on him because he cares for you.
  6.  1 Peter 5:7
  7. Then Jesus said to his disciples: 'Therefore I tell you, do not worry about
  8. life, what you will eat; or about your body, what you will wear. Life is more
  9. than food, and the body more than clothes. Consider the ravens: they do not sow
  10. or reap, they have no storeroom or barn; yet God feeds them. And how much more
  11. valuable you are than birds! Who of you by worrying can add a single hour to
  12. his life? Since you cannot do this very little thing, why worry about the rest?
  13. Consider how the lilies grow. They do not labor or spin. Yet I tell you, not
  14. even Solomon in all his splendor was dressed like one of these. If that is how
  15. God clothes the grass of the field, which is here today, and tomorrow is thrown
  16. into the fire, how much more will he clothe you, O you of little faith!'
